What happened to my account?

If you’ve created an account with us, you’ll notice that you can no longer login. For security reasons we’re going to require that you create a new account but rest assured your orders are backed up and kept safe with us.

Creating an account makes it easier to checkout as you’ll be able to automatically fill out the billing information if you’re signing up multiple children.

How do I register multiple children?

You’ll notice that the ability to add multiple quantities of an item has been removed. The old method of registering multiple children was convoluted and difficult for most parents.

To register an additional child you’ll have to create an additional order,  add the items into your cart, and fill out the information for your second child. It may feel tedious filling out the billing information so you may want to create an account to reduce the time it takes.

We do apologize for any inconvenience but rest assured we are working on a better solution! If you need assistance with this, do not hesitate to give us a call.

Do you have records of our previous order(s)?

Yes! We still have your order details should you require information on it or anything like that. If you have any concerns, again, please give us a call!

My order is stuck on processing, what gives?

If you recently completed your order it may be on processing for a bit. Rest assured we have your order and we’ll try to process it as soon as possible. If something is up we’ll be more than happy to reach out to you.
